If a product arrives damaged, expired, or otherwise doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 5 working days of the date you receive it, together with its original packaging and proof of purchase. We will exchange the item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

● Products can only be returned within the region in which they were originally purchased (Hong Kong or Macau).
● You must contact us in advance, by email or WhatsApp (details above), for approval before sending back a return.
This is the only return and refund policy that applies to purchases from this website; it supersedes any other return-related information published elsewhere on the site.

We may, without prior notice, change our services, stop offering certain products or features, or place limits on our services. We may also suspend or terminate access to the website for any reason.
6. Warranties & Responsibility for Products
If we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will repair or replace it. If we're unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, you will be entitled to a full refund upon prompt return of the product to us. We cover the cost of shipping repaired or replacement products to you; you are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
7. Intellectual Property
This website and all materials on it, including software, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, and any related intellectual property, are the exclusive property of Eat-ate-Eaten Trading.
